A condominium, or condo, is the form of housing tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of real estate (usually of an apartment house) is individually owned while use of and access to common facilities in the piece such as hallways, heating system, elevators, exterior areas is executed under legal rights associated with the individual ownership and controlled by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the whole piece. Colloquially, the term is often used to refer to the unit itself in place of the word "apartment". A condominium may be simply defined as an "apartment" that the resident "owns" as opposed to rents.

During the late 90’s, Thrace started out as a Property Consultant for Gocheco Brothers Realty Corp. He marketed house and lot properties in Tagaytay and also sold various condominium units in Binondo. On January 2000, Thrace transferred to Robinsons Land Corporation’s High Rise Division. As an Account Manager, he marketed condominiums and other high end projects of Robinsons. Thrace was very active in participating in various client generating activities and company sponsored events. He was recognized as someone who goes the extra mile to assist buyers not only during the sales transactions but also in helping them complete post sale requirements.

Because of his continuous success in meeting quarterly performance standards, and not mentioning his excellent customer satisfaction attitude, Thrace was promoted to Sales Manager. Thrace soon handled seven to ten account managers and a number of real estate brokers. He helped them perform and generate sales to achieve company set targets. He developed his account managers thru hands on and school trainings to continually motivate them and develop their professionalism. Under his supervision, he instilled the values of exceptional customer serviced, allowing them to become topnotch agents themselves.

Aside from handling people, Thrace also assisted in creating marketing activities and sales strategies. He supervised programs such as booth manning, saturation drives, and corporate presentations. It was during this time that he received numerous citations and awards. Throughout his stay, Thrace was considered as one of the top performers of RLC’s High Rise Division. He was renowned for his professionalism, outstanding work ethics, and exceptional management style.

Eventually, Thrace moved to Vista Land & Lifescapes. Now on his 3rd year with Vista, Thrace holds the esteemed position of Business Director. Lately, he was also appointed as one of the Board of Directors for the National Real Estate Organization, a prestigious association for realtors in the Philippines. At this point, he has had solid experience and trainings in sales, marketing and organizational development. He has developed core competencies in creative thinking, customer service and management.
